陶瓷纤维纸由精选硅酸铝陶瓷纤维棉为主要原料采用湿法成型工艺制成。在传统工艺基础上改善了除渣和烘干工艺,其特点为无石棉、纤维分布均匀、色泽洁白、无分层、渣球少(四次离心除渣)、容重依据用途灵活调整、强度大(含增强纤维)、弹性好、机械加工性强。因使用温度不同,又分为四种材质,标准、高铝、含锆陶瓷纤维纸(236/436/536)。

  发展历史:

  陶瓷纤维起源于20世纪40年代,20世纪60年代陶瓷纤维纸研制成功并用作工业窑炉中。

  20世纪70年代初期我国开始陶瓷纤维生产,90年代引进美国生产线开始做陶瓷纤维纸,随后经过改进有了国产陶瓷纤维纸生产线。

  随着陶瓷纤维纸的生产工艺优化,逐渐出现了针对不同应用的硬质纸、软质纸。
