Since the ceramic fiber inorganic plate is an amorphous fiber, fiber shrinkage after heating is inevitable, but fiber shrinkage does not mean that the fiber is damaged, and fiber shrinkage does not necessarily cause gaps, because in the selection and design of materials, as long as the selected aluminum silicate fiber is in the long-term use temperature, the fiber shrinkage is very small. In addition, in the design process of full fiber wall lining, the ceramic fiber inorganic plate is usually pre-compressed and then installed, and the gap caused by fiber shrinkage is compensated by the rebound after installation, thus forming a very tight gap. That is to say, before the production of aluminum silicate fiber board, the fiber should be micro-heat treated in advance, that is to say, the manufacturer has prevented the ceramic fiber inorganic board from shrinking by heat, so even if it shrinks by heat, there will be no obvious gaps.
Blown fiber is used as the raw material of ceramic fiber inorganic sheet, a certain proportion of binder and filler-grade additives are added, and it is fully dispersed into a slurry in the mixing tank after passing through the beating machine. Pump into the molding tank and stir with compressed air. Put the mold into the molding tank, and use the principle of vacuuming to adsorb the fiber slurry on the mold.
