Ceramic fiber cloth products are highly processable, not only with high temperature thermal insulation properties, but also with the flexibility of ordinary textiles. Can process fire-proof clothing, fire blankets, thermal insulation covers and other industries. Ceramic fiber paper is made of high-purity ceramic fibers and a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled adhesives. What is the difference between the two?

Ceramic fiber cloth products are highly processable, not only with high temperature thermal insulation properties, but also with the flexibility of ordinary textiles. Can process fire-proof clothing, fire blankets, thermal insulation covers and other industries. Ceramic fiber paper is made of high-purity ceramic fibers and a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled adhesives. What is the difference between the two?
1. Appearance. Ceramic fiber cloth is woven from ceramic fiber yarns intertwined with warp and weft. The grid shape is obvious and the grid is larger; ceramic fiber paper is vacuum filtered and has no grid shape.
2. Density. Ceramic fiber paper is less dense than ceramic fiber cloth.
3. Thickness. Ceramic fiber paper can be 0.5 mm thick or 10 mm thick. The thickness of ceramic fiber cloth is limited, generally 2 mm thick and 5 mm thick.
4. Supportability. Ceramic fiber paper has a certain supporting force and can stand upright on the mold like a plate; ceramic fiber cloth, like the fabric used in our lives, is very soft, cannot stand upright, and has no support.
5. Tear resistance. Ceramic fiber paper has certain toughness due to the addition of organic matter, but it can be torn by hand; ceramic fiber cloth cannot tear it.
The above is the difference between ceramic fiber cloth and ceramic fiber paper. Both have their own advantages, but they are both refractory thermal insulation materials, which can be used for thermal insulation, and have low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance.
